Hancock Park 2
The home located at 525 South Irving Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90020, was built around 1919. It's a "Windsor Square" property designed by Architect Henry J. Knauer, born in Steubenville, Ohio on September 21, 1885, died in Los Angeles 1955. The house was built for Inventor Jacques Rousso as a speculative investment. It eventually was purchased by Mr. Joshua Roth in 2010 & had JMS Design Associates install the front garden. Later it was purchased by a Mr. Matthew Graham who had the rear garden designed & installed by JMS in 2019.
